Peter, I stand corrected - I did not know that BREW is licensed without charge and regardless of technology. The demand to purchase QCOM chips comes from the Qcommies, as you call them, not QCOM Inc. I hope QCOM can make it preferable to buy chips from them - so far, for whatever reason, NOK has decided not to. The customer is always right, you know.
