ORLAND PARK, Ill., Mar 19, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Andrew Corporation (NASDAQ:ANDW) has received Europe*Star approval for the Ku-band versions of its 3.7-, 4.6-, 5.6-, and 7.6-meter earth station antennas. These Ku-band antennas are suitable for use in multinational private networks, broadcast news reporting, and public switched services.
Andrew Europe*Star approved Ku-band earth station antennas offer guaranteed acceptance for operation on the Europe*Star systems covering Europe, Southern Africa, the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent, and South East Asia.
