My understanding is that on one side there's been an overinvestment in not just black accented with silver and pastel of different patterns and colors but in all kinds of garments, gadgets, widgets and other essential goods and their production. The consumer thus has everything at his/her disposal, except his stomach is pretty much in the heart-burn mode and he/she does not feel for at least 18 months to wear anything gaudy - "Black is fine, and, pls, no silver, I dont think I need it right now." -. 5 Years? As Mr Moustache in Irma La Douce used to say:"But that's another story". Iow I have no idea. BUT, it took the world 10 years to get to the top and if one assumes we are halfway down the road, and if one discounts 50% courtesy of the gloom factor, we end up with 50% of 10 years = 5 years to get to a level ground. dj PS: IOW I see an L
