That's one hot dog vender, the ripple effect on small farms will reach into the millions.

Just to keep this even and I don't mean any disrespect, but have you lived in an agricultural area? Small grains farming place? Done any farming? Just looking for Bona Fides on agriculture. Ever used 10% alcohol gasoline?
