Leandro: You sound like a sincere person and I think there is merit in some of your ideas. However, I am no longer going to deny instincts that told me a long time ago (largely through discussions with Kim Hart) that we were being taken for a ride. I will no longer deny those instincts.

SUM investors have been a VERY patient and trusting group. But this is enough. Kim Hart has lied to investors. And where is he now??? He can't be reached. President Banzinger can't be reached. Carter can't be reached. No one in this whole fiasco has the guts to face investors! That is the most disgusting aspect. Total silence!

I think your idea about a meeting with legal representation, to try and recoup something (???), is a good one. The RCMP fraud squad should be contacted as well...We've been screwed by people who make a living by doing this. I expected better from Carter.
