Knight, I can see your point on the time issue with complex ores, but havent we learned that most ores are complex to one degree or another. My point was that we are getting results in the 4 to 8 week range and IPM results took 4 months. And Naxos is supposed to have an "unusually complex ore" so why the lag for IPM as compared to Naxos? Probably alot of other work at the lab that IPM was in line with.

Now as far as the Ledoux motivations, wasn't it the ASE that directly questioned the capabilities of Ledoux regarding the FL ore testing? A lab with a well established world wide reputation that has spanned over 100 years being questioned by one of the most questionably run exchanges in Canada? (Thank God we aren't there any more)

With that in mind, Ledoux had quite a bit riding on staying with Naxos. And the only smart outcome would be success on the part of Ledoux absolutely proving PM's in the FL ore.

Yes, of course, they wouldn't be doing the work if they weren't getting paid, but I don't think that is the whole story. They wouldn't hang on for this long on a dog either. (and the numbers are showing this is certainly no dog)

I think we are actually on two sides of the same coin on this. On my side, I simply think that the actions of Ledoux indicate more than a need to fill a contractual arrangement.

Absolutely my own opinion and nothing more.

Cheers,

Tom F.
