Woooohoooo! RG's newest pick is out...might wanna look...
Here's the goods! /Should start trading as early as tomorrow

RG-Investments.com and Thomas Martonick are proud to unveil to
our database of investors another exciting company we believe will
make great strides in the internet business search engine industry in 1999. We believe GBID.com, Global Business Information Directory, (OTC:BB GBDI)a worldwide, geographical based search engine specializing in helping businesses market themselves is the direction search engines will follow. RG-Investments.com is the first to introduce GBID.com to the investment community. We believe four key factors that make GBID extremely attractive to the investor today and could return 200-500% in 1999:

1.This is one of the hottest sectors in the industry and you will see continued mergers/acquisitions occurring daily.
2.The Management of GBID is quite confident they will be a
leader in the industry among the likes of Lycos, Yahoo, and
InfoSeek.
3.GBID, being a brand new public company has already attracted
a lot of attention from the private sector. Look what EBAY did when it IPO'd. It opened up at $18 and went as high as $63.
4.Most important, the float is only 300,000 shares, which makes it a prime candidate to move up rather quickly under very little buying.
In 1998, GBID.com was founded to provide a vehicle for businesses to
market themselves and establish business contacts around the world
by utilizing GBID's services via the Internet and the World Wide Web.

Search engines on the Internet are currently word search based. Any
information in word form, put into the search engine would access
vast amounts of information stored on the Internet that would
contain the search word or combination of words. This method of
search becomes frustrating and time consuming, and most
importantly for the businessperson, unproductive.

GBID has solved this problem with the introduction of the GBID
QUEST; a geographical based search engine dedicated to helping
businesses market themselves.

Company Web sites can be found, by selecting search Industry
categories, searching by Continent, by Country, by State / Province
or Region, and finally by City or and combination of the four. By
marketing this Web hosting service to the business community, GBID
offer's a service that is specific, productive and informative.

Management Team:

Stephen W. Carmichael, President and CEO

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Design, British Columbia
Institute of Technology, Canada.
Mr. Carmichael's professional experience includes many
different areas in the Business Services industry.
Mr. Carmichael has International Event experience with
extensive contacts in the business community worldwide. He
has owned several businesses engaged in the promotion of
travel hotels, casinos, and technology development.
Over the last two years, Stephen conducted a feasibility study
to determine the viability of a new form of search vehicle for
business directories worldwide. From his study and analysis of
the market place; Mr. Carmichael's perseverance has brought
this concept to fruition by forming GBID.

Derick Walker, Director of Corporate Communications and Investor
Relations

Derick Walker is a marketing and communications professional
with extensive experience in both the finance and technology
sectors.
Over the last few years and prior to joining GBID; Derick
successfully managed his own consulting practice working with
clients involved in the financial services, technology and
biotechnology industries.
A former Vice President with one of UK's major banking
institutions with operations in Canada, Derick has wide
experience in both Domestic and International Banking both in
Europe and North American Corporations.
Following a decision to leave the international banking sector
and remain in North America, Derick successfully established
and promoted new marketing programs for a new and
Specialized Trust Company operating central securities
depository. This included creating new links with similar foreign
institutions for the settlement of offshore securities trading. He
also created a new program to market and promote the
services of the Vancouver Stock Exchanges through a wide
range of contacts both in North America and Europe. "Derick's
vast array of contacts, experience and knowledge of the banking
and Stock market industry will bolster GBID's position as a
leader in the search engine industry," says Mr. Carmichael, CEO
of GBID.

Services

Web site hosting with the Internet Business search engine
(GBID QUEST)
Web site manufacturing (GBID Designers)
Portal Site Strategy
On-line Advertising

Web site hosting, GBID.com's principal revenue source, will consist of storing and making available, graphic and written information upon demand by Internet users.

This service will allow companies to market their Web sites along side their corporate listing so it will be easily located within the GBID QUEST.

For those companies wishing to create a Web site for themselves,
GBID.com will offer to manufacture a Web site for them. GBID will
make available four Web site formats (Single page, Standard, Deluxe and Custom), and place their Web sites along side their corporate listing within the GBID QUEST.

As well, GBID.com will offer advertising space on the GBID QUEST
that companies may purchase in a banner format that will link to
their Web site. This service offers increased exposure within the GBID QUEST.

Competition: Competition exists under each specific service that
GBID wishes to pursue within the North American region and
throughout the world. However, with the combination of services
GBID wishes to offer, and by the forum to the community it wishes to market no distinct competitor offering an identical product can be determined at this point in time.

Because Web hosting is the primary revenue source, GBID considers
this service to be the focus concerning any competition. When it
comes to Web hosting, there are several companies in existence and
many emerging companies on the Net. The distinct majority of them
are located in North America, and most of their services are regional and/or nationally in scope. Very little attention is being paid to offer this service globally by a single entity.

Marketing Plan: GBID will be seeking qualified Associate Partners
(AP), joint venture partners, licensees and strategic allies and utilize their strengths to further the development of the technologies that GBID has created. These partners will take an active part in the development and marketing of the various applications of the technologies. This marketing strategy will enable GBID to focus on distributing the use of its intellectual properties wider, faster and better.

This is an age of convergence and rapid emergence of interactive
consumer products, services, and relationships. Therefore, it is
imperative to continually develop industry partnerships worldwide
and implement strategies that ensure the highest market
penetration for GBID's products and services.

Sales Strategy: With 9 of 13 Associated Partners (AP's) covering the United States and Canada ready to begin operations within three months, GBID.com will initially develop North America. Once
GBID.com penetrates market share in North America, GBID.com will
realize a much quicker expansion into the European, Asian, and
Oceanic markets, expanding GBID's AP base. At present GBID.com
has potential AP's in 12 Countries outside North America. Upon
completion of the developed countries, GBID feel's the lesser
developed countries will be ready for the expanded introduction of
the Internet.

GBID.com's sales strategy is well defined marketing positioning, and pricing. The ultimate goal to achieve for GBID is to give clients the much needed exposure and as many visits to it's site (known as hits)by Internet end users. These two key ingredients will lead to extensive revenue for GBID.com and it's clients

Distribution Channels: GBID will utilize several distribution channels to market its product/services. They will include; Associate Partners (AP), Executive Sales, Direct Sales, Direct Response Mail, and Telemarketing.

Future Plans: GBID.com is well aware of the massive expansion of the internet in the Asian sector of the world, especially China. Major corporations, i.e., MCI, are aggressively pursuing this untapped market. GBID.com will be looking to make some key marketing and strategic alliances with sector of the globe.

GBID's officers have begun discussions with two major computer
manufacturers in the United States to align GBID with one of these
companies for advertising and name recognition.

Initial advertising and promotion will begin with a "Who We Are"
statement, then supporting it with messages about GBID.com and its
many services will offer. This advertising and public relations
campaign will include on-line and print advertising, special
promotions and incentives, sponsorship of events, press releases,
trade shows, local talk shows, and newsletters.
