The Corner Bay buyout did not go well. The premium was cut back
and was very small.

But Claude did get his people in that early, he has done a very
good job on the proven deposits. But has had some bad luck
on the grass roots explorers. as would be expected.

Buying his partly drilled out plays would have made a fortune
for a diligent follower IMO.
