Sounds to me if enough of those 100k jobs go away and can't be replaced at home that perhaps the forces I'm talking about may result in 300k physicians becoming 200k or less physicians. Many higher end professions are starting to get squeezed, my nephew works for a white shoe law firm that bills by the hour, and he just got downsized from an office to a cubicle, and told me there is increasing pressure from clients to bill by the job instead of by hourly time increments to save on those fat legal fees...
