Is it also a possibility that AMD's prices were lower than those published? Why is it that you were so willing to believe that Intel was selling lower but it appears that it didn't cross your mind that AMD might do the same? I suspect that it is because you can relate to AMD so you are happy to believe the worst about Intel.

A possibility but not probable.....first its Intel that is singled out as the offending party over and over. And I don't buy into the notion that they chastize Intel only because its bigger...Intel did not get its unsavory reputation only because its bigger. There are a lot of large companies out there that do not carry an Intel rep. I suspect there is good reason for Intel being blamed.

Do you not remember the comment from Barrett in Business Week re that poisonous cactus in your part of the world? Is it surprising to you that the person that made that analogy is the CEO of Intel? It isn't to me.
