“and build some mobile cyberspace for them.”
I’m trying but consider that this cyber thing was developed and is the result of the efforts and the proper ‘climate’.
Now it looks good and nice to have and people want them too and to profit from it.

But they have not invested in its creation, neither the cultures they have are fertile ground to create cyber things. As you know the Chinese throw away the chances, Te Arabs too. So it was up to the westerners to take it and profit from the technology –nascent as it wad then- and create what we have today.

But they did it by having a fertile ground to development: separate church from state, adopting the parliament, civil liberties you know the story. Now China is late starter and is getting everything FoC because the westerners are too lazy and too adapted to their status quo and won’t change. So Chinese run away with their money, jobs, cars houses and all the goodies that money can buy.

Now look to me trying to build the nice thing here: It is tough because it is a transplant from west to the past. Hence Elmat’s job is tough!
