The LANGUAGE is FREE. Sun license the IMPLEMENTATION. HP invented
the IMPLEMENTATION from the ground up (known as a clean room
implementation). (Are people ever going to understand the open process? )
Everything HP intended on doing, though not
to suns desire, is within the groundwork of the open process that
sun follows. There were a couple of little things that there were
some questions on but HP has been totally upfront and honest in their
dealings. (M$, on the other hand, .......)

I think sun might like that as well, but it's M$ who wouldn't dare do
