I agree with your post. It's funny that a company can tell the world of their intention to take a big loss for "restructuring" and the stock will often go up. Look at the history of AT&T -- they have used that ploy about every three years for 12+ years (just from memory, not fact, used to work for them). Is this different?

Well, tomorrow could be a pan-handler's holiday. Just have to watch closely, avoid the falling knife, and buy the bottom.
