The company also has filed for the worldwide patent rights. Green Oasis has not operated its recycling plant since April. The Securities and Exchange Commission filed suit against Green Oasis in July about company claims in news releases and on the Internet. _______________ Not sure from where The State received the information on the worldwide rights. I would guess either from talking to BC, reviewing the application or maybe somehow interpreting it from the news release. The latter seems highly improbable. The State has been very diligent and quite balanced (unlike the local Charleston press) when reporting on GRNO in the past. Maybe they talked to BC. LLP Mark
