it looks like no 2-1 split of AMD in the next year. They do not ask to increase the authorization of up to 250 million shares. Maybe next year? <g> Speaking of the proxy, am I just being insensitive when I say re: BOD..what a bunch of insider dinosaurs! Hey, I'm all for age and experience....but no wonder CalPers has complained. I understand now why the street was happy to see the Robert Palmer (digital) appointment. Clearly I can't complain with the recent performance, but I sure hope they keep a defibrillator close by....just in case. -Scot
