CALGARY, ALBERTA--APF Energy Trust announces that the cash
distribution for the month of March 1998 will be $0.175 per trust
unit. This is comprised of the regular $0.120 per month payment
and an additional 3-month adjustment payment of $0.055 per unit.
The payment will be made on May 15, 1998 to unitholders of record
on April 15, 1998.
During the last 12 months, APF Energy Trust has declared
distributions of $1.735 per unit as follows:
