lowrisk.com Who knows. I think up at least for the naz. There is some historical data at this link. The data at lowrisk is measured by the "guess the dow contest" at the site. Its funny one measurement said unusually bearish and the other unusually bullish. One test group must be really smart and the other really dumb. lol I guess we will see.
