Those 'standards' are kept more in the breech then in actual observance! LOL! (Take an honest look at Italy, or Greece for just two examples... or even Great Britain now.) American debt load (as a percentage of GNP) will never approach anything like the demographic/fiscal catastrophe that awaits Europe and Japan. :-) Gregg seems to be an idiot. (Think the US may have dodged a bullet with him at Commerce....)
