I quickly went through the 62-page report and was surprised at how much our scientists/engineers etc. have done and accomplished in the past four years. On the one hand, ok, good for Trump administration. Otoh, tens or hundreds of thousands of technicrats working for four years ought to have accomplished something they can be proud of.
Imo though, that press release just touts too much of "under President Trump's leadership"
Stuff like this, for example, which is not in the 62 pages, I just don't believe.
Under President Trump’s leadership, the Federal Government has taken action to understand and protect our environment to ensure that the American people will have clean air, clean water, and a resilient environment for generations to come. Nor do I believe this (just to stay on COVID topic) And just to stay on topic, I don't believe this part of news release is a true fact either:
:ENDING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC: From the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Administration has taken decisive actions to engage scientists and health professionals in academia, industry, and government to understand, treat, and defeat the disease. |
