E!...Right you are! There is a gathering throng suddenly deciding.. hey, wait!.. It is End Demand that determines whether semi - equipment makers sell chip equipment! And it don't mean a hoot where those chips get made.. if the Koreans can convince a banker to fund an Oregon plant, great.. The Semi-Eqt guys sell to Koreans in Oregon...etc...
