WOW, Isn't that the truth Scott. Theres lots of things that just don't jive
with this case. Like SGA Goldstar Research now known as Market Digest Online
being allowed to carry on with business as usual while the infamous Ted
Melcher sat in Prison for His part in the ripoff. That thread is still up
and running with the same format. Melcher probably came out ahead in prison.
We the tax payers were feeding and housing Him while His rippoff vehicle was
still loading the boat. Yes Scott, Truly amazing. Justice has still not been
served. Nice chatting with You again Scott.

rjm2: Here's a little challenge for You. You brag about being so good at
exposing P&Ds. The site link I'm giving You was the former SGA Goldstar
Research. This site even carried the same phone numbers as SGA until I
exposed that fact on this chat board. Within three days the number was
changed. But only the last four numbers changed. The original numbers traced
right to Melcher's address in Brentwood Tn. Now, Not the SEC nor the DOJ
could seem to shut down this vehicle that was used to carry out Melcher's
part of this scam so lets see if You can get the job done big shot. Here it
is, Have yourself a field day. Regards,
Frank

SGA Goldstar was never shut down while Melcher sat in prison. They changed
the name to Market Digest Online about a year and a half ago. They never
changed the phone number until I brought it to the attention of readers on
SI that the number traced right to Melcher's front door in Brentwood. The
phone number still has the same Area code and prefix. They got the last four
numbers changed to non published numbers. They can change their numbers but
they can't change who they are and what they are and where they are. The
sick thing about this whole fiasco is that the DOJ allowed them to continue
ripping off unwary investors while the head mechanic sat in the cooler for
way too short a time.

Thanks for the info Scott. While I never expect to get anything back it is
still interesting to see the actions as they unfold. SEXI was brought to My
attention by SGA Goldstar research which is now Market Digest Online. I
think it a travesty of justice that those people are and were able to stay
in business while Huttoe and Melcher did time in Prison for their rolls in
this Fraud. Justice has not yet been served. Have a nice weekend.

AXXell Knutson's VTART Analysis & Comments

AEROSPACE

Lockheed Martin [LMT-35] Strong Buy. Moves with little effort. Solid
base in the mid-20's. A buy near here. 11.27.00 UPDATE: $ 32.95-let's step
back a little. OK to buy sub $30.

General Dynamics [GD-69.875] ditto LK above and an easy, non-spec
mover-try 67. 11.27.00 UPDATE: $ 72.00 No change. See Primex below regarding
buyout as of 11/13/00. Let's step back here as well to a buy sub $65.

Primex Technologies [PRMX-29.875] probably on its way to the 30's - it
has the base in the mid-20's and the right VTART numbers. 11.27.00 UPDATE: $
31.69. Well, that's over.General Dynamics buys this company for $32.10. Sell
& discontinue coverage.

AUTOMOTIVE

Volkswagen [VLKAY-9.375] a strong buy with excellent recent
semi-annual reports. The high? About $22 and that is the objective
technically. 11.27.00 UPDATE: $ 9.50 with a recent move to 10 ½-we have
recommended that all auto stocks be rolled into VW.

Ab Volvo [VOLVY-15.63] our other choice-unfortunately we have no
interest in the North American manufacturers. 11.26.00 Update: $13.88 see
comment regarding VW above-discontinue coverage.

Navistar [NAV-32.94] Buy-rumors all over relative to buyout.we like it
regardless. Designer, manufacturer and marketer of a broad range of
specialty commercial, fire and emergency apparatus and military trucks under
the Oshkosh, Pierce, McNeilus and MTM trademarks11.26.00 Update: $31.25 now
strong buy-the consolidation appears complete.

Oshkosh Truck Corp. [OTRKB-40.625] a class act here. Buy. OSHKOSH,
Wis., Oct 26 (Reuters) - Specialty truck and truck bodies maker Oshkosh
Truck Corp. (NasdaqNM: OTRKB - news) ".on Thursday said its fiscal
fourth-quarter earnings rose 44 percent, reflecting double-digit sales and
income growth from its fire and emergency and defense businesses. Oshkosh
Truck also said it was raising expectations for fiscal 2001 earnings to
$3.45 a share, from $3.35, based on its strong outlook.

The company said fourth-quarter net income rose to $14.6 million, or
86 cents a share, from $10.2 million, or 77 cents a share, a year ago,
excluding special items in both years.". 11.27.00 UPDATE: $ 39.88-no
change-mentioned on JAGfn.

Brilliance Ch Auto Holdings - China - [CBA-33.875] a move $17-37 is
nearly consolidated. Accumulate. 11.27.00 UPDATE: $ 29.50. see comment above
re Volkswagen-discontinue coverage.

Delphi Automotive Sys- [DPH-15.50] 11.26.00 Update: $ a world-leading
supplier of automotive components, integrated systems and modules to the
automotive industry. A nice discount since the spin off from GM.so let's buy
here. Nice VTART numbers and a base that can support the move to the
mid-twenties. 11.27.00 UPDATE: $ 13.69-this should have held better.we will
watch.

CHEMICALS

Hercules, Inc. [HPC-17.9375] looks higher by some distance-outstanding
volume development. 11.27.00 UPDATE: $ 18.94.nearly ready to press $20.

Olin Corporation [OLN-17.13] ditto Hercules above. 11.27.00 UPDATE: $
17.06.we are holding fine, but we expect more. See Basf below.

H.B. Fuller [FULL-34] it's done enough work and looks ready to re-coup
some of the dive from $50. Let it do it. 11.26.00 Update: $34.19 ditto
above. See Basf below.

Basf Ag Ads [BF-39.125] a recent blast off and we would like to see a
fast pullback to the $35-36 range for a buy point-but a buy point for sure.
11.26.00 Update: $36.75-nice move to $39 plus, so let's roll OLN and FULL
into this.

Eastman Chemical Co. [EMN-41.75] but we prefer to buy a break of $40.
11.26.00 Update: $41.94-no change.

Cabot Corp. [CBT-22] solid base and the strength to make the 20's home
and perhaps the 30's. But again, we prefer entry points on a break of $20.
11.27.00 UPDATE: $ 23.25-looks potentially violent-let's average up any
break of 21-the recent high was almost $25.

Alcide Corp. [ALCD-30.75] a very big recent move that looks as if it
will not consolidate. A hold here, but a buy on any break $25-27 ½. .
11.27.00 UPDATE: $ 28.50-with a move to almost $37, this stock has already
consolidated that move. Average the position here to lower acquisition
cost-appears powerful.

CONGLOMERATES

Minnesota Mining & Mfg. [MMM-95.50] it's time has come. Buy. 11.27.00
UPDATE: $ 98.375-has ignored the down market. No change.

General Electric [GE-54.56] we are NOT impressed11.27.00 UPDATE:
$49.13 and we are STILL not impressed new Pres or not.

CONSUMER DURABLES

Whirlpool Corp [WHR-43.25] a yearlong decline appears over and now we
have cheap stock. Buy and prefer over Maytag [MYG-28.9375] 11.27.00 UPDATE:
$ 38.75 - no change - we will stay with it.

National Presto [NPK-30.25] a strange company with a stranger
management-still-looks higher. 11.26.00 Update: $29.56-a nice move to about
$32 but now we are consolidating back into the base. Hold.

Juno Lighting [JUNO-6] ready to lift according to our VTART numbers.
11.27.00 UPDATE: $ 6.19 and it is lifting. Average up.

Ethan Allen Industries [ETH-28.375] recent strength would suggest a
minor pullback and that would be an entry point. 11.27.00 UPDATE: $28.19
consolidation looks complete-no change.

Russ Berrie & Co., Inc. [RUS-21.75] zillions of stuffed animals---this
is where they come from and with a stock repurchase program, great earnings,
stable expenses the recent move from $19 ½ to the current number is
justified. Still, we would like a pullback to sub $20 for the buy. 11.27.00
UPDATE: $ 21.38-acts very well in crummy market-Buy.

Vermont Teddy Bear Co. [BEAR-4.50] Old economy? Well, if doubling net
income, expanding markets and keeping costs under control is "old," then
"old" it is. The recent earning news drove the stock from the base at $3.85
to the current number.so, let's buy pullback.maybe one more chance under $4?
From BEAR: "A world leading supplier of automotive components, integrated
systems and modules to the automotive industry. It also sells its products
to the worldwide aftermarket for replacement parts and to non-vehicle
manufacturers." 11.27.00 UPDATE: $ 4.00-no change. Still consolidating the
recent move to nearly $5.00.

Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd. [FIJIY-37.13] buy.acceptable base. 11.27.00
UPDATE: $ 38.88-no change.

Concord Camera Corp. [LENS-30.94] with a base in the mid-twenties.
Plenty of new cash and a great quarter-leader in single use cameras and an
efficient manufacturer. Buy. 11.26.00 Update: $25.00 - no change-buy-the
break could set up the reverse and see the mid-30's.

CONSUMER NON-DURABLES

Willamette Industries [WLL-35.375] just an efficient paper
manufacturer. Take a look:
biz.yahoo.com. 11.27.00 UPDATE: $
48.75.there is a bidding war for Willamette since our report-the original
offer from Weyerhaeuser was rejected by WLL.let's take the risk and the
profit off the table and sell. Discontinue coverage-

Clorox Co. [CLX-43.9375] we are not impressed with PG, but CLX is
another story. We would suggest a buy point just sub $40. 11.26.00 Update:
$47.00-defensive move has added about 4 points.there is probably more.

Avon Products, Inc. [AVP-46.75] the Avon lady is not knocking on the
door-those ladies have better things to do than bang on doors with no one
home.but the base is in the LOW $40's for a buy. 11.27.00 UPDATE: $
42.375-exit and out.

Colgate Palmolive [CL-55.875] the break to the downside in September
set up this move. A minor consolidation perhaps-maybe a break just under $50
[doubtful] and then a strong buy. 11.27.00 UPDATE: $ 57.625-let's exit here
as well.

Alberto-Culver Cl B [ACV-33.125] strong move through $30.buy the
retracement just under $30. Just solid growth. 11.27.00 UPDATE: $ 36.31-very
nice move indeed-average up if a drop under $32.

Church & Dwight [CHD-19.875] the base is here.and this looks like the
time. Buy. Interesting business combination in the detergent markets:
biz.yahoo.com . 11.27.00 UPDATE: $
21.31 -no change-buy any break of $20.

Bandag, Inc. Cl A [BDG-35.625] Strong buy. . 11.27.00 UPDATE: $
28.31-no change-average up.

NEW NAMES

RESTAURANTS

Although not typically considered defensive, this group has shown very
attractive cohesion between stocks. Here are our choices:

Landry's Seafood Rest-Inc [LNY-9.88] with a nice move off the base at
$6.75 it is likely that this stock will give up most of this first move. Let
's buy the retracement-buy a break of $7.75.

Cbrl Group, Inc. [CBRL-21.75]-with the base at 13-15 the recent move
needs a consolidation for us to get involved. Let's just watch for a break
of $20.

McDonalds Corp- [MCD-31.94] - the food, of course is just god awful,
but that does not stop the advance. Buy.

Lone Star Steakhouse [STAR-8.63] we will buy a break of $7.00 to an
attack on double digits.

Darden Restaurants [DRI-25.875] a leader and could consolidate from
here a little-buy a break of $22.

Outback Steakhouse [OSI-26.25] the heck with health foods-Buy right
here, as the consolidation of the move 23-29 is nearly complete.

Champps Entertainment [CMPP-9.00] we are on a spike here-let's wait
for the pullback-buy a break of $7.00. A big investor raised stake in this
company to 22.7% [Barakett].

Bob Evans Farms, Inc. [BOBE-19.50] appears ready to blast off the
skillet. Buy. How do you want your eggs [other than greasy?]?

Applebee's International [APPB-31.50] ditto Bob Evans above-Buy.

And after dinner, where else but.

Starbucks [SBUX-44.00]. A buy.
