amusing how you immediately throw out the term "LIAR"
as a debating "tactic".

Clinton had no choice to "agree" to be put under oath.

He was being sued for sexual harassment.

Under the provisions of the law that Clinton himself signed
in 1994, he was COMPELLED to provide truthful testimony
about his "sexual behavior in the workplace" (even if
consensual, such as with Monica), in order to establish
a "pattern of behavior in the workplace".
