I think the management is very conscious about stock price (possibly bacause of their options package to ALL employees) and is upbeat more often but I don't see that as bad as compared to other company management which sits very tight with any news or plans; but I would not directly accept management's forecast unless I do my own analysis. But the company is in a great growth area and if you plan to hold for more than a few years you should do well. It may see some down side in the near term in next few months.
