From a recent GRNO press release, we see that the plant was recently demonstrated to potential customers from Qingdoa Asia-Pacific Benz Motorcar Co., Ltd., Qingdoa, China. Note that the press release spells Qingdao wrong. As Norm has pointed out, even the Chinese get creative when spelling their place names with western characters, so we can't hold it against the people who rewrote the text for release.
