Maurice, BLS is quoted in this week's Space News as saying G* "is unlikely to lower the wholesale per-minute price it charges resellers of the satellite telephone company's services." Article goes on to note the $0.47/minute average wholesale rate. In yesterday's cc, mgmt said that per minute retail rates in China, Venezuela and Brazil were being set below 1$/minute (though the G*doBrasil website still indicates well above 2$/minute, dammit.)
