Yeah. Right.

1:Q invented and marketed the core technology. There does not seem to be an argument that they are way ahead of the people they license.

2: I think you are referring to a link to a post by Mr. Fun. I really respect Fun, but He has indicated in the past that he is no expert in CDMA, and his post proves it. Read the answer given on the Q thread. This question of WCDMA just won't go away, it seems, no matter how many times it is answered. Anybody can sue anybody, and they do in this business, but nothing has come up on the horizon to indicate that Q is going to be challenged by the Euro's on the patents.

3: I don't know the details on NOK. Royalty payments are a closely guarded secret.
