I think forever... if you look at Syquest, they've had four MAJOR losing quarters in a row with continuously lower sales and have stated in their SEC filings that this quarter's earnings will also be negative (that'll make five), so all you have to do is follow Syquest's lead and keep issuing millions worth of preferred shares to offshore investors with PO Boxes for addresses until common shareholders are left holding the tab for the company's massive negative worth while they wait for products that are promised but never ship and the green grass grows all around all around and the green grass grows all around...
