Korea is a total disaster.

Having just returned from there, I can confirm that Korea is, indeed, asleep regarding Y2K issues. If you want irony, how about this:

Korea's millennium program for the year 2000 is ambitiously set to put the nation on the international cultural map with various celebrations showcasing the nation's rich cultural heritage.

But as the nation undergoes a severe economic slump, many wonder whether the program will work out as planned.
