I get your point now and feel you're right. <G> Now don't you mean ILECs and not CLECs? And what about the $800 million Verison put into Northpoint.

My point is they are selling something they don't have ready. Hell I could put you on a street corner and you could sell DSL service being that the demand is already out doing supply. The problem is delivering DSL.
