Did they really do a floorless convertible for financing? That is more often than not the kiss of death for small companies since there is a lot of incentive to short the stock, thereby resulting in more shares at conversion.

Since they have only taken a loan for 500K, the damage may be limited, but in the great majority of cases, the stock price goes down for a good period of time after floorless convertibles are issued.
