Think about what you are being offered for a moment. It is HUGE!!!!!
DDEQ is GIVING you FREE shares (FREE in the sense you do not have to buy them at full price)of what I believe will be one of the biggest IPO's of 1999.
Compound the fact that you are getting the ability to buy IPO shares pre-market as just a regular investor. This opportunity just does not happen to mainstream small investors. It is usually reserved for brokerage houses better clients.
And last but not least your DDEQ shares will continue to go up with the price of Go2net because DDEQ owns 25-30% of Go2net. At least that is my understanding.
It is true that the o/s shares & the float are going to increase with the conversion of the preferred shares but I believed they will be quickly absorbed into the system & that conversion is still way down the road.
W/o hyping & spaming, It has been my observation the price rise over the past week has been orderly & subdued compared to what could be happening. Yes, it is probably going to gap hard on Monday but within 1 1/2hr. from open the MM's will retrench & it will be an excellent buy opportunity for the rest of the week. Most of all, people...NO MARKET ORDERS-LIMIT ORDERS ONLY. Market orders are nothing more than a licence to steal that you are offering to the MM's.
Another thing to remember is that we are only dealing with 1.1 mil shares in the float & thurs. 400K shares traded & on fri. another 600K traded. Some of these shares are in strong hands & being held close to the vest, therefore the MM's are going to be short alot of shares very soon, if not already. Monday, it is not hard to concieve of 1 million shares trading.
If DDEQ moves anything like some of our better performers during the 1st qtr, then it may perform like some of the dream stocks back then.
Good luck to all. Buy & hold this one & you should reap some nice rewards with Go2net. Afterall, were are going into the slowest time of the year for stock trading & everybody is scrambling for a good worthwhile stock to hold thru the summer. You may have found it here.

P.s. Last but not least, soon the BASHERS will arrive to tell you anything negative they can about the stock, mgt., & the fact that your blood brother isn't really your brother. That is what a BASHER does, it is their job to scare you into selling which in turn plays right into the MM's hands & they end up buying your shares cheap. DO NOT SELL INTO THIS BS. But of course I also respect you to make up your own mind on what is the best position for you to take. :-)
