celebrating all to way to into a rate increase? market would seem insane to do a thing like that... Maybe he thinks the CPI will be benign? (then again gas prices have come down a lot in the past month.. but airfares have increased...)

I heard highs before the summer was over, not before the fed mtg.
But maybe I wasn't listening carefully enough.
