Glenn-- The current occasional slowdowns are nothing. I take it you weren't with us a couple of months ago: the servers broke down frequently, everything moved like molasses, and, worts of all, we kept finding ourselves eternally trapped in the Slough of Respond. SI then moved to a new location and installed T3 lines, and everything's much better. But we've increased our numbers by 34,000 since then... Janice
