Ken:

When I started buying SHOO it was recomended at around $8.00, I bought some at 8.25, around 6 and the last batch around 5 so my average is approx. 5.75. At its curent price I really don't want to sell but would really think about it at $7.00/shr. You would think with the strong retail report that this would have given SHOO a boost. If they come out with audited numbers soon for last year as well as positive same store sales for March it should keep the stock out of the $4 range. I would hope that by the summer young women will have added to their spring collection and our stock price. I will hold until that time and then make a decision.

Please let me what you think of the summer time frame.

Brad
