Mike, you are correct in saying KNIC did $.11/share in 4Q 1996. That compares favorably with 4Q 1995 loss of (.01) not .80.

If you are alluding to Paxton's 50,000 share sell back in early DEC. That was done in a time when Paxton communictions stock plunged 50% and Paxton needed to raise funds to pay off his margin calls. In fact, Lou Knickerbocker actually bought more KNIC stock in late November and placed the stock in his children's trust account.

Analyzing insider selling is tricky business since insiders could sell stock for a multitude of reasons, however, if they buy stock they buy for only ONE reason. And that is because they know their stock is on the way up.The ONLY TIME WHEN YOU CAN BE CERTAIN THAT INSIDER SELLING RAISES A RED FLAG IS WHEN MORE THAT 4 INSIDERS ARE SELLING DURING THE SAME TIME PERIOD. That has not happened here.
