Martin,

I don't know if a class-action lawsuit will do any good to
the shareholders because, assuming such a lawsuit is successful,
I don't think the shareholders have a realistic chance of recouping
their losses.

I am wondering though if we shareholders can pool together our
voting power and force a resolution in the next annual meeting to
either (1) boot out the current management and elect an independent
Board of Directors, or (2) force the sale of the company. I didn't
see any SEC filing that indicates the current management holds a
substantial percentage of the outstanding shares of stocks (please
correct if I were wrong) so there is a good chance our collective
votes can prevail.

Any thoughts out there? Why not put "shareholder activism" into
action and send a very strong message to other companies that are in
similar predicament?

Regards,

Steve
