Michael, I'm not sure why a stock with a price of 1 1/2 would more or less available than a stock priced at 150. TRBDF has over 50 million shares out, ZITL 22 million, CFON 8 million, AIPN 66 million, SYQT had 40 million out when it was at that level. Further, it would seem that there would be little competition from the majority of investors, as they have no way to short stocks under 5. Another consideration is the possibility of taking it offshore, and doing it naked. No borrow required there.
