I'm being very conservative with a $16.666 per share estimated buy out. That was management's stated goal in January, when the stock was in the 9s and 10s. If the buy out is higher, then more power to us, but the way the stock has been trading, a $17.00 buy out would be more likely than a 24 buy out. Remember, there have been a LOT of institutional guys jumping in here lately since the 14s.
