The current occasional slowdowns are nothing. I take it you weren't with us a couple of months ago: the servers broke down frequently, everything moved like molasses, and, worts of all, we kept finding ourselves eternally trapped in the Slough of Respond.

I could check my own profile but I joined either mid or late February. Not that long ago. So where did SI move to? The slowdown we see now possibly may not be bandwidth particularly with T3 lines but it could be an overtaxed server. Anyhow, I like SI very much. They will need more something to handle 500,000 subscribers.
