Lee, on the release through stockwatch the issued shares are 6,015,500 whereas the 1997 1st quarter results indicate some 6,377,000 shares. I wonder if the company has been repurchasing on the open market? This represents something like 4% of the current float.

I will email them today and request clarification.

I will also ask them if this agreement

1) will generate cash in 1997.

2) will they be releasing numbers forthwith

3) does the agreement affect current agreement with Westec.
