All, After I posted this list on May 30(May 31 was Memorial day) Aquarion Announced Merger Agreement With Yorkshire Water plc, of Leeds, England, on June 1. Suddenly most of the water utility stocks jumped 10-20 % in response to this announcement. All of a sudden they all became take over targets. Is this a new trend? USF was taken over by French conglomerate Vivendi. Are those foreigner more visionary than us? Or, they just have to buy something because they had too much money in their pockets? Is there any way we make some profit in these take over plays? Sincerely, Wade
