Glenn, as I say I don't think the WMS is key to amazon, I think the erp and shipping automation buys them more and I suspect any competition they have in the future will not be willing to spend for the top implementations.

But having said that, if you think the WMS is meaningful then maybe pull up the promotional pieces on some wms software and see what kind of cost savings they are promoting (and cut it in half). Unfortunately I don't know wms but 2 companies I think are McHugh and BDM, they are probably on the web.

The problem with WMS is it is depending on your warehouse even to the extent of how many doors you have - highly structurally dependent. So the market is completely fragmented with all these niche solutions, it isn't like general ERP and Sap.
