If TSIG were giving up a quarter on each CD (and I personally have no reason to think this is true), the company simply makes $.75 per CD instead of a $1.00. "If the card is fully consumed he gives it all back." This is your fantasy life, Sword! That is a totally meaningless statement. It makes no sense at all.
