Cedric Brown is now the chairman of this company. Conference call is on June 17th. Call American Financial Group (number is on PR releases) to get conf call number. Brown will try to sell this company, he doesn't get paid unless he does. His background as the former chairman of British Gas means that he has lots of contacts and knows how to value oil/gas companies. Stock is worth at least $6/sh
