If the MM's have sold more than they've bought, that should put them short, I doubt they were piling up inventory the previous days.
Big volume Friday, MM's maybe short, price ended the day up, IMO means any buying pressure at the open will generally push the stock higher, while selling pressure can be absorbed by the MM's covering their shorts.
If it gaps up on good volume at the open, I'd be watching closely, for a good shake after 15-20 min, and be ready to buy on the shake.
While I like the stock, even if you are now long, it could be a could day, or two day trade - I'm hearing the grumblings of some sort of news, total rumour, but......who knows. |
