Thank you for your kind words. I'm really not important enough to apologize to, and took no offense, just wanted to set the matter straight that you and I are on the same side on this issue.
However you may wish to retract the apology for these reasons:
I believe the Bible is entirely inspired by Jehovah God, and has His fingerprint on every page. I even think I can show enough evidence to any openminded skeptic to convince him of this. I use non-theological evidence.
I've been promoting Bible Christianity house to house for 60 years.
I don't expect you to agree with the following, perhaps you're not even interested, but these are the things I understand:
The human race has an everlasting future here.
Sickness, old age, pain, insanity and death shall be wiped away.
No one fries when they die, the dead are asleep, some forever.
The world has gone crazy because we're in "the time of the end"
What shall end is wickedness. The meek shall inherit the earth!
You and I could probably enjoy some long and lively conversations! I agree with several of the positions you express, specifically, Churchianity hasn't worked! But I do believe in the Kingdom of God!
