Anthony, I don't speak with the SEC, they are a waste of time, I used to attempt to turn over the scum of the earth to them, Stuart-James, Brennan et al YEARS before they got off their fat a$$e$ and closed the shops down. They are worthless, they are not the investors friend.
MILLIONS of $$ were lost on the above two AFTER the SEC stonewalled my expose'. They weren't interested in saving small-time investors money, after all, they were too busy playing golf and having lunches in D.C. restaurants.
I never drew the distinction you have of NASD/SEC, but I know I don't like the bureaucracy of the SEC. Maybe someday I'll learn to loathe the NASD too.
Let's exit this conversation off the NPEC thread now, Okay?? I'd be happy to chat on the A@P thread, or not... your choice.
