The new economy and our future.
The new economy started with consolidation of banks, in the Bush adminstration. Then rebuilt US capital by revalue the stocks' worth by improving business earnings. 1992, Distribution system (supermarkets) was streamlined to promotional marketing from straight discounting. 1994, Department stores were revamped, and 1995 Auto dealers also started promotional marketing. Today, we are rebuilding manafacturing firms starting from Housing, airplane, autos, and computers; building the infrastructure. Many small manufacturers are asked to service those major industries.
1997, will be a year that we rebuild service industries. Starting from travel, entertainment, education, religion, ending with internet; we will push America to new heights of job growth. And yet, we have to emphasize automation both hardware and software to free manual labor. All labor market will be focus in training for automation and marketing.
The future is of course, not just in America, but in the world market. Will the world be ready, without property protection constitution in each country and the law and order of police protection for American businessmen? We need at least two years to get the rest of the world to be ready for us.
In the mean time, all US business seems to prosper in the largest economy of the world, here in America. Our fate and destiny still awaits us. Shall we get our government to work with the rest of the world. Not for trade inbalance, but for property protection abroad; so that, when we invest, we can be assured of our property rights abroad.
We will be doing substantial exporting this year from Boing aircrafts to US autos and computers whether for internet or intranet. From travel service abroad as well as Hollywood movies, cdrom eduacational material, Evangelism around the world, to internet communications will bring export dollars. Trade agreements in the name of free trade does not suit us, because we want to protect our own largest market from currency devaluation and othe predatory targeting practices. We are not afraid of trade barriers. Even in Mexico, GM had turn the business around by selling locally 400,000 ( up from 200,000+ cars) wholesale cars in Mexico alone. Cheap labor problems may be over, if Mexico buys what Mexicans manufactured, even if we do the investing. |
