Valuation of embeded Digital Technology

Texas Instrument has just taken over Tlogy, a leader is digial embeded software technology. The price is over US435 million for Tlogy's $14 million in annual revenue. Just imagine what EDIG would be worth if the same valuation is applied to EDIG.
