*AV* -- Sorry about that. IT was an old deal. TXN got out of the DRAM business by selling it to MU for a bubch of stock. However, TXN also provided MU with cash to upgrade the old TXN facilities. It almost sounded as if TXN paid MU to take their DRAM business. Anyway, this was over 6 months ago and now TXN can unload the MU stocks at a considerable profit.

Word has it that TXN will make back a decade worth of DRAM losses by selling the stock they received from MU (that is, the profit on the transaction)
